5-6 year old - Tee-ball/ Coach pitch
7-8 year old - Coach Pitch
9-10 year old - Kid Pitch
11-13 year old - Kid Pitch
13-16 year old - Kid Pitch
F.O. Softball is played through the Scenic City Softball League
Registration Cost
4U -6U $50.00 per player
8U -12U $50.00 per player
* additional $25.00 per player if you do not live in the City or Catoosa County
* 10% discount for siblings
Effective 2024 season - all late sign ups will be an additional $25.00

** All coaches must complete a Background Check and Code of Conduct form
** All Head coaches must complete the Heads Up Concussion certification training offered by the CDC
Spring Softball Info
F. O. Recreation softball program is open to players 5-16 years old.
Age cutoff for softball is January 1st. What age you are prior to this date is the age division you will play in for the upcoming season. A player may play up in age but not down.
Teams are drafted in late February and practices begin shortly thereafter ( weather permitting)
Practice days are Monday - Sunday during pre -season. Times are 6:00 pm and 7:15pm during the week.
Once the season has started, practices are only available on nights where no games are scheduled. Games are scheduled to be played on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Pre-season tournaments start around the second week of March
Regular season begins in April and runs through May, the end of season tournament begins in Mid May
Games will be played at F.O. Complex as well as other sites around the area including TN
Parents must provide the following items for their player ( Hat, practice pants, glove, helmet with facemask, cleats, faceguard if necessary)
